Terms of Service

UTILS-NITTISH provides file storage (via Google Drive and Cloudinary), a text-snippet keeper, a QR code generator, and an AI query tool, each available in a public "Global" mode and an account-based "Personal" mode.

Anything you upload, save, or generate in Global mode is visible to every visitor of the site and can be accessed, downloaded, or copied by anyone. You must not use Global mode to upload content that is private, confidential, or that you do not have the right to share publicly. We may remove Global content at our discretion, without notice, including content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or that we otherwise decide is inappropriate.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all content you upload and all activity under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement under Indian law.

You agree not to use UTILS-NITTISH to:

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates a third party's rights.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or content designed to deceive.
• Attempt to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service's systems or other users' Personal-mode content.
• Upload sensitive personal data (financial, government ID, health, or similarly sensitive information) — this applies especially to Global mode, which is public by design, and also to Personal mode given the storage-link limitation described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or remove access, or delete content, for accounts or uploads that violate this section.

Query text you submit to the AI tool is sent to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate a response. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate; you are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on.

A per-file password restricts access through this app's own interface only. It is not a guarantee that the file cannot be accessed by any other means (see the Privacy Policy, Section 5). Do not rely on it as your only protection for sensitive files.

UTILS-NITTISH does not currently charge for access. If paid plans are introduced in the future, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before any charge, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

You may stop using UTILS-NITTISH and delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to do so by applicable law. Upon account deletion, your Personal-mode data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Global-mode content you contributed is not automatically removed.

UTILS-NITTISH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that Global content will remain available or unmodified, or that third-party services (Google Drive, Cloudinary, Gemini) will remain available or unchanged. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nittish Baboria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of UTILS-NITTISH, including loss of or unauthorized access to uploaded content.

We may modify or discontinue features of UTILS-NITTISH, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
